I redrew this simple doodle several times.
I had too much noise in my head and didn’t think clearly. I lost sight of what to share with the world.
Then I meditated. Just for two minutes. Focusing on my breathing, I unplugged myself from the small chaos in my head.
When we get stuck, we tend to look for a big idea to turn everything around. But, often times, what we need is a quick refresher like 2-minute meditation. We just need to recall that we are here, alive and capable of thinking creatively.
