We all know that it is important for us to express ourselves.
But what is our true self? Do we really know our true self? What we think is our true self might be someone’s expectation. Or what we want to think is our true self. Or probably, just an illusion.
We can find our true self only when we are NOT self-conscious. Get out of your comfort zone, and see yourself as it is. Don’t judge anything. The only way to reveal your true self is to be true to yourself.
