Embrace two sides.
Sometimes I’m afraid to go to sleep because my subconscious mind often gives me a bad dream. It makes me wake up in the middle of the night and often doesn’t allow me to go back to sleep.
During my waking hours, I don’t have to worry about the downside; I always feed my mind with positive thoughts and try to be with someone who uplifts my spirit.
The fact is, everyone has two sides—positive and negative, bright and dark, or no matter how we describe them—in one’s mind. That’s how our mind works. All we have to do is recognize these two and decide how we manage each of them.
